Sanaii Mayers All-State Honors

NJ.com stated that Sanaii Mayers is "one of the best all-around players in the state, Mayers took her play to the next level this spring to lead Elizabeth back to the Big Central Conference Tournament final. Mayers threw and ran for over 1,000 yards for the first time in her career, accounted for 3,533 yards of total offense and recorded 58 total offensive touchdowns. The junior also led the state on the defensive side of the ball with her 19 interceptions, returning three of them for scores to give her a grand total of 61 total touchdowns this season. Since last spring, Mayers has accounted for 103 total touchdowns."
